I have worked with Seraphina Mind Studio for the past 4 years and during this time have been involved in assisting in training workshops and successfully treated a wide range of problems and conditions. Some of these include learning difficulty, confidence, stress/anxiety, weight-loss, eating disorders, self -harm, anger, fear, social awkwardness and general childhood behaviour problems. As a regression expert trained by the PLA I also carry out a lot of regression work with clients who have non- specific illness. I really enjoy working with young children age 12 upwards and have a special interest and specialism in this area. Prior to this I worked in a customer service within the aviation sector.
My mother is a hypnotherapy trainer so it’s been a major part of my life for a long time and a very natural thing for me to do. Conversation hypnosis in our house was part of everyday life and became a normal part of my own language without my even realising it. At first I fought against becoming a hypnotherapist as wanted to create my own career path. It wasn’t until I had some major life challenges of my own that I truly experienced the real power of hypnotherapy. From that momen I knew I wanted to help others and you could say hypnotherapy choose me. I continue to be fascinated by the mind and the amazing potential we all hold. To me learning is never ending so I continue to attend training, master classes and read to further develop my skills.
What I love about my job is transforming a person’s self-belief and confidence where all previous perceptions of who they are and what they can achieve fall away. Often people arrive looking unsure, sceptical or maybe nervous and when they leave they are lighter, brighter, have renewed energy and positivity. To be able to change someone’s negative beliefs for more helpful ones that support their success is a fantastic feeling.
Working with children and teens on our Successful Minds Programs, helping them to manage their thoughts, feelings, emotions, behaviours and improve their results. For me watching a student grow from shy too confident, depressed to happy, self-harming to treating themselves kindly, low academic results to high achiever is just amazing.

Here at the Seraphina Mind Studio we have seen significant increases in the numbers of students and teachers referred for a broad range of stress and anxiety related problems. From poor concentration, focus, negative self-image, IBS, depression, OCD, eating disorders, stammering to self-harm and panic, the list is growing.
Stress and anxiety hormones are clinically proven to disable cognitive functioning, distorting feeling and emotions. Many of these problems could easily be minimised and even avoided with the correct mind training and knowledge.
Our Successful Minds Program has proved to be an invaluable tool set; many parents and teachers have been amazed at the positive changes they have experienced in themselves, their students and children. During exams some of the most negative, low-grade students became high achievers, attaining grades above their predicted expectations. They sailed through their exams calmly and confidently.
